Preparation

For best results, arrive with a clean face (no makeup) and natural hair color visible. Wear a neutral top in white, gray, or black. Virtual sessions require good natural lighting.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an appointment does not automatically issue a refund. Paid, unrefunded sessions can be rescheduled from your account; refund requests are reviewed separately.

Payment Options

Pay in full at the time of scheduling, or pay a deposit now with the remaining balance due at your appointment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
