Why should I book a professional analysis instead of using a free AI color app?
Artificial intelligence can do many things, but personal color analysis is not one of them. The way humans perceive color is subjective and layered. Every 22 Hues analysis is performed by a certified professional using professionally-calibrated drapes.
How long does a color analysis session take?
Virtual sessions run approximately 120 minutes. In-person sessions are a 1.5-2 hour luxury experience and include professional draping with hundreds of calibrated fabric swatches.
What's the difference between virtual and in-person sessions?
Virtual analysis is conducted over a high-resolution video call using proprietary lighting and digital draping techniques. In-person sessions, held in our Littleton, Colorado and Anchorage, Alaska studios, add tactile fabric draping against your skin, a physical color card to take home, and an extended wardrobe consultation.
How do I prepare for my session?
Arrive with a bare face (no makeup), natural or freshly-washed hair in its current color, and wear a white or neutral top. For virtual sessions, choose a room with natural daylight and a neutral background. We will send a detailed preparation guide after booking.
Will I really see a visible difference?
Most clients are astonished. Before your analysis, certain colors may feel flat, harsh, or disconnected from your natural coloring. After your analysis, your best colors feel clearer, more balanced, and unmistakably like you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Appointments are held for 24 hours pending payment. Once confirmed, full refunds are available with 24 hours notice before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes — give the gift of confidence. Gift certificates are available for any amount or specific service and are delivered instantly by email with a personal message. They never expire and can be redeemed toward any session or product.
